Made-to-Order Policy<\/h2>\n<p>At RESSALINA, we specialize in high-end occasionwear and made-to-order garments. Every dress is produced only after an order is confirmed and is considered a personalized custom product.<\/p>\n<p>Because each item is made specifically for the customer, orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or modification once payment has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Once payment is successful, the order is deemed confirmed, a binding sales agreement is formed, and production begins immediately.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"quality-issue-returns\">\n<h2>2. Returns for Quality Issues<\/h2>\n<p>We only accept return or exchange requests within <strong>7 days after delivery<\/strong> if the item has a confirmed quality issue.<\/p>\n<p>To request a review for a quality-related problem, you must provide all of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened<\/li>\n<li>Clear photos showing the issue<\/li>\n<li>Your order number and product details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the unboxing video is cut, edited, incomplete, altered, or otherwise modified, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"not-quality-issues\">\n<h2>3. What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue<\/h2>\n<p>The following situations are not considered product quality defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handmade measurement tolerance of approximately 1-3 cm<\/li>\n<li>Color differences caused by monitor, lighting, or screen display variations<\/li>\n<li>Subjective aesthetic preferences or dissatisfaction based on personal taste<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect size selected by the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"production-shipping-time\">\n<h2>4. Production and Shipping Time<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Production time:<\/strong> 5-45 business days<\/li>\n<li><strong>International shipping time:<\/strong> 5-10 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, order volume, holiday schedules, customs processing, or courier conditions.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"duties-taxes\">\n<h2>5. Duties and Taxes<\/h2>\n<p>All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>RESSALINA is not responsible for customs fees, import charges, or delays caused by customs clearance.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"cancellations-modifications\">\n<h2>6. Order Cancellations and Modifications<\/h2>\n<p>Because every item is produced specifically for the order, all purchases are final once payment is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after payment, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Style changes<\/li>\n<li>Size changes<\/li>\n<li>Color changes<\/li>\n<li>Shipping information changes that affect production arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rs-policy-section\" id=\"non-resalable-items\">\n<h2>7. Non-Resalable Personalized Items<\/h2>\n<p>All custom items are produced exclusively for the customer who placed the order.
