Before you track
- Use the exact order number from your confirmation email, or the tracking number provided after dispatch.
- Your tracking number may take time to appear after shipment is handed to the courier.
- If no result appears yet, your order may still be in production or awaiting dispatch.
Production and shipping
- Made-to-order production time: 5-45 business days
- International shipping time: 5-10 business days
- Total waiting time = production time + shipping time

How do I track my order?

Why is my tracking information not updating yet?
Tracking information may not appear immediately after dispatch. Courier systems sometimes need additional time to scan and update the parcel status. Please allow some time and check again later.
My order cannot be found. What should I check?
Please confirm that the order number or tracking number is correct. If the issue continues, contact us and include your order reference so we can help review it.
What if my parcel shows delivered but I have not received it?
Please first check with family members, neighbors, reception, or the local courier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us as soon as possible so we can help you review the shipment details.
