Which cases are usually accepted for review?

Confirmed quality issues, receiving the wrong item, or visible shipping damage may be reviewed. Standard made-to-order returns are not accepted.

What is not considered a quality issue?

Handmade tolerance of about 1-3 cm, display color differences, personal taste, or choosing the wrong size are not treated as product defects.

Why is the unboxing video important?

The complete unedited unboxing video is the main evidence used to confirm whether the issue existed when the package was opened.
