RESSALINA specializes in high-end occasionwear and made-to-order garments. Most products are produced only after an order has been placed and are considered personalized custom items.

Once payment is successfully completed, the order is deemed confirmed, a binding purchase agreement is formed, and production begins immediately.

Because these products are individually produced for each customer, they are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or general return once payment has been completed.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, description errors, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment begins.

7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Estimated processing and shipping times for made-to-order items are as follows:

• Production time: 5-45 business days
• International shipping time: 5-10 business days

These are estimated timeframes only and may vary depending on design complexity, order volume, holidays, customs procedures, and courier performance.

RESSALINA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Return or exchange requests are only considered within 7 days after delivery if the item has a confirmed quality issue.

To request review of a quality issue, the customer must provide:

• A complete and unedited unboxing video
• Clear photographs of the issue
• The order number

If the video is edited, cut, altered, or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the request.

9. Customs Duties and Taxes

All import duties, customs taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

RESSALINA is not responsible for customs fees, customs delays, or import restrictions in the destination country.
