Logistic Information
Please review our logistics policy carefully before placing an order. The information below explains how production, shipping, tracking, delivery, and return-related logistics are handled at RESSALINA.
1. Processing Time
Most RESSALINA garments are made to order. Orders enter production after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
Our standard processing time is 5-45 business days, depending on the complexity of the design, material preparation, tailoring workload, finishing requirements, and seasonal order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. If you need the item for a specific event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
2. Shipping Information
We ship internationally to many destinations. During checkout, please make sure that your shipping information is complete and accurate, including recipient name, full address, postal code, phone number, and email address.
RESSALINA is not responsible for failed delivery, parcel return, or delay caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has entered production, changes to shipping information may not always be possible.
3. Shipping Time
After production is completed, international shipping generally takes 5-10 business days.
Actual shipping time may vary depending on the destination country, carrier route, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, and force majeure events.
Total waiting time = Processing time + Shipping time
Please consider both stages when planning purchases for weddings, formal events, photoshoots, or other special occasions.
4. Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be shared after the parcel is accepted by the courier system.
If you need help checking shipment progress, please contact us at support@ressalina.com and provide your order number.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier issues, regional restrictions, weather conditions, or high seasonal shipment volume.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or destination-country fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If customs clearance requires additional information, identification, or payment, the recipient is responsible for responding directly to the relevant authority or courier.
6. Return
RESSALINA products are high-end made-to-order garments and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
If the item has a confirmed quality problem, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery and must include a complete, unedited unboxing video, clear photos, and the order number.
