1. Processing Time

Most RESSALINA products are made to order. Processing time depends on the design, construction complexity, and production schedule of the garment.

Our standard production time is 5-45 business days. This processing time does not include shipping time.

If you need your order for a specific event or date, please review the product information carefully before placing your order and contact us in advance when necessary.

2. Sizing & Colors

Available sizes and colors are shown on each product page. If a specific option is not shown, it is currently unavailable.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide provided for each product before ordering. Because many of our garments are made to order, incorrect size selection by the customer is not considered a quality issue.

Please also note that color appearance may vary due to different screen displays, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions.

3. General Information

Additional product details such as design information, fit notes, material characteristics, or care guidance may appear on the relevant product page. We encourage customers to review all available information before making a purchase decision.

B. Order Placement

1. Add to Cart

When you find the product you would like to purchase, select the correct variant options and click Add to Cart.

• Please make sure you have selected the correct product, quantity, size, and color before proceeding.
• If a product includes customization options, please ensure your submitted information is accurate before completing payment.
• If you have special timing requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Filling in Your Information

• Contact Information: Please provide a valid email address so we can send order updates and contact you if additional confirmation is required.
• Shipping Address: Please enter your full and accurate shipping details to reduce the risk of delivery delays, customs issues, or failed delivery.
• Saved Information: If available on your device and browser, you may choose to save your details for faster future checkout.

3. Continue to Shipping

Please note that total waiting time is based on both production and shipping.

Total Waiting Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

International shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, but actual delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, courier handling, and local delivery conditions.

C. Payment Methods

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received by our system, but it does not override our right to review or refuse an order in cases such as payment authorization failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.

1. Credit Card

We accept major credit and debit cards supported by our checkout system. Please enter the required billing and payment information to complete your purchase.

2. PayPal

If PayPal is available at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment process according to PayPal’s own verification and authorization flow.

3. Payment Failure

Possible reasons for a failed payment may include:

In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity, billing details, or shipping address before proceeding with production or shipment. If such information is not provided within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
