When does my order become final?

Once payment is completed successfully, the order is treated as confirmed and enters the production workflow. For made-to-order pieces, this means cancellation or modification is generally not supported.

Why did my payment fail?

This may happen because of bank verification, card restrictions, insufficient funds, or billing mismatches. Please try again or use another supported payment method.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once the order is submitted successfully, a confirmation email with the order number will be sent to your email address.
