Return & Refund Policy

Our garments are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

At RESSALINA, we specialize in high-end occasionwear and made-to-order garments. Every dress is produced only after an order is confirmed and is considered a personalized custom product.

Because each item is made specifically for the customer, orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or modification once payment has been completed.

Once payment is successful, the order is deemed confirmed, a binding sales agreement is formed, and production begins immediately.

2. Returns for Quality Issues

We only accept return or exchange requests within 7 days after delivery if the item has a confirmed quality issue.

To request a review for a quality-related problem, you must provide all of the following:

  • A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Your order number and product details

If the unboxing video is cut, edited, incomplete, altered, or otherwise modified, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.

3. What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue

The following situations are not considered product quality defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Handmade measurement tolerance of approximately 1-3 cm
  • Color differences caused by monitor, lighting, or screen display variations
  • Subjective aesthetic preferences or dissatisfaction based on personal taste
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

4. Production and Shipping Time

  • Production time: 5-45 business days
  • International shipping time: 5-10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, order volume, holiday schedules, customs processing, or courier conditions.

5. Duties and Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

RESSALINA is not responsible for customs fees, import charges, or delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because every item is produced specifically for the order, all purchases are final once payment is completed.

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after payment, including but not limited to:

  • Style changes
  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Shipping information changes that affect production arrangements

7. Non-Resalable Personalized Items

All custom items are produced exclusively for the customer who placed the order. These goods do not meet the conditions for secondary resale and are therefore not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges.
