How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size guide available on each product page and compare it with your body measurements. If you are between sizes or need a more precise fit, choose the customization option when available and submit your bust, waist, hips, and height details.

Can I customize my order?

Many styles support customization. For those items, you will be asked to submit body measurements during purchase. Customized products are produced specifically for your order and therefore are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges.

Why might the color look slightly different?

Display settings, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions may create visible color differences. This is a normal display variation and is not treated as a product quality issue.

How long will production and delivery take?

Made-to-order production usually takes 5-45 business days depending on the style and work involved. International delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. Total waiting time equals production time plus shipping time.

When can I request a return for a quality issue?

If the product has a confirmed quality problem, you may contact support within 7 days of delivery. A complete, unedited unboxing video is required for review. Edited or incomplete footage may result in rejection of the claim.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.
